The Business of Law Reimagined for 21st Century Practice
Length: 1 Hour

In the 21st century, law firms and legal practice have changed in several distinct and permanent ways. Today’s law firm leaders grapple with increased expectations and client communication demands while their employees desire improved working conditions, greater flexibility, and modern technologies to help them do their work more effectively. Every law firm is now faced with the challenge of creating a thriving culture with fully engaged employees while meeting the needs of an increasingly demanding and technologically savvy client base.

Featuring experienced law firm business and technology consultant Laura Kennedy of Circle Management Group, The Business of Law Reimagined, presented by LEAP Legal Software, will provide attorneys with an overview of best practices for law firm business and culture in this new era. During this live online Continuing Legal Education program, we’ll identify ways that leaders can create and maintain strong law firm cultures; discuss best practices for managing institutional change; address law firm financial and data reporting considerations; and examine the many ways that law firms can leverage technology to practice law more effectively, efficiently, and flexibly.

This course will benefit attorneys in private practice who work in a law firm environment, from the smallest solo practice to larger multi-office firms. There is no cost to attend this event. This course is valid for one (1) hour of Law Practice Management Continuing Legal Education credit.
