This one-hour continuing legal education session will explore the ethical rules governing attorneys’ duties to protect clients’ sensitive information. Moreover, learn simple ways to mitigate the risk when a bad actor, a person or group that intentionally harms digital systems of devices, gains access and exploits your vulnerabilities for financial gain.
