David B. Rubin, Esq., is a sole practitioner in Metuchen, New Jersey, and is also of counsel to The Busch Law Group, LLC. A graduate of Duke University and Rutgers Law School, Mr. Rubin’s practice includes representation of attorneys and law firms in legal ethics and professional responsibility matters, and he has written and lectured extensively in the field.  He is a member and former Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Professional Responsibility and Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee, has represented the New Jersey State Bar Association as amicus curiae in ethics-related matters before the New Jersey Supreme Court and federal courts, and has handled numerous precedent-setting cases at all levels of the state and federal court systems generating over 50 published opinions, many in the field of legal ethics.
