Miles S. Winder, III is an attorney admitted to practice law in the states of New Jersey, Colorado, and Florida. Miles is a former officer of the New Jersey State Bar Association, having served in various positions from 2003 through 2017, including a term as President in 2015-2016. Miles previously practiced with the law firms of Wharton Stewart & Davis and Ozzard Wharton before starting a solo practice in 1994 which he continues to run. Miles’ areas of practice include attorney ethics, estate litigation, estate planning, real estate transactions and litigation, contracts, and commercial law. Miles is a published author and also an established lecturer on legal ethics topics. Miles resides in Tacoma, Washington.
